Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by RankYouUp Agency (“RankYouUp”). Each project is also governed by its written quote or proposal, which takes priority if there is a conflict.

Quotes and scope

We issue a fixed quote after reviewing your brief. Work outside the agreed scope, and revision rounds beyond those included, are quoted separately.

Payments

Unless the quote says otherwise, projects require a 50% advance to book the slot and the balance before go-live. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Indian invoices include GST; international invoices are issued in the agreed currency.

Timelines

Timelines start once we receive the brief, content, images and access. Delays in feedback or content move the delivery date accordingly.

Revisions

Each revision round is one consolidated list of changes. Website projects include three rounds unless stated otherwise.

Support

Website projects include 30 days of free support after launch for defects in what we built. New pages, content and features are billed separately. Ongoing maintenance plans are available.

Third-party costs

Hosting, domains, premium plugins and themes, payment gateway fees, SaaS tools, messaging fees and advertising spend are not included unless stated in the quote, and are billed at cost or paid by you directly.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the deliverables created for you, including design files, website files and content. You keep ownership of all accounts created in your name. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Confidentiality

We keep your brief, client details and project material confidential. An NDA is available on request.

Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, algorithms and your offer. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads or revenue, but we commit to the agreed deliverables and transparent reporting.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
